Non-Defective Items:
Because each product is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or for cases of buyer's remorse. We encourage you to consult our sizing charts and product details carefully before making a purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will always accept returns for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you receive the wrong item.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@hometownstandard.com with the following information:
Your order number.
A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
A brief description of the issue.
Upon review, we will be happy to send out a replacement at no cost to you.
